We now require an exceptional Administrator in Enniscorthy Co Wexford who will assist in growing a team of motivated, compassionate Carers. You will be fully supported by our Platinum Support Centre.

As the successful candidate, you will be highly motivated to oversee and assist in providing high quality care to vulnerable people.

Role Overview

The Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative functions across the organisation. This position requires a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who can manage complex tasks, support senior leadership, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Provide support to management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and report preparation
  • Develop, implement, and maintain administrative systems, procedures, and policies
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, acting as a key point of contact
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

Key Requirements

  • Administrative experience
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

Qualifications

  • Previous administration experience is desirable
