Energlaze Home Energy Upgrades, one of Ireland’s leading energy retrofit companies, with a reputation for delivering high quality energy efficient upgrades to homes throughout the country is now scaling its business and requires an experienced Sales Support- Pricing Specialist to work and support our field-based sales team.

Energlaze is seeking Administration Assistant to support the delivery of energy retrofit projects across our glazing, insulation, and solar divisions.

This is a key operational role requiring strong administrative capability, industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between customers, internal teams, and contractors while ensuring compliance with SEAI grant requirements.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, agile Administration assistant, preferably but not necessarily with knowledge of the residential upgrade sector.

The successful candidate will work closely with our dept head and provide assistance on progressing projects through the pipeline.

Full time – 37.5 hours per week. 9:00 – 5:00 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Project & Operations Support

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and administration of retrofit projects
  • Support product and project managers in delivering projects on time and to standard
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation

SEAI Grants & Compliance

  • Support the administration of SEAI grant applications (BEH & OSS where applicable)
  • Ensure all required documentation is collected, reviewed, and submitted correctly
  • Work with BER assessors and internal teams to ensure compliance with grant requirements
  • Maintain an understanding of evolving SEAI processes and criteria

Customer & Lead Management

  • Manage and work inbound leads through the CRM system
  • Engage with customers to progress enquiries and support conversion
  • Coordinate communication between customers, sales teams, and operations
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the project lifecycle

CRM & Data Management

  • Ensure effective and consistent use of the CRM system across all projects
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project updates, and documentation
  • Support reporting and pipeline tracking through CRM data

About You

  • Experience in the glazing, construction or home-improvement sector is strongly preferred.
  • Process and procedurally driven, with the ability to follow structured workflows while identifying improvements.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
  • Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams at all levels.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and support operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a B2B environment – preferably glazing
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
  • Fluent using all M365 Office Applications
