Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting shop manager with day to day running of the shop
  • Cash management including balancing of tills on a daily basis and preparation of bank lodgements
  • Invoice approval and processing on accounting system
  • Recording deliveries and reconciliation of stock
  • Various ad hoc administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Cash handling experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience of Sage 50 Accounts would be an advantage
  • Be reliable and friendly
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team

Pay: €16.00-€16.75 per hour
