Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting shop manager with day to day running of the shop
- Cash management including balancing of tills on a daily basis and preparation of bank lodgements
- Invoice approval and processing on accounting system
- Recording deliveries and reconciliation of stock
- Various ad hoc administrative duties
The ideal candidate will have:
- Cash handling experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience of Sage 50 Accounts would be an advantage
- Be reliable and friendly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team
Pay: €16.00-€16.75 per hour
