Retail Manager – Agri Sector
- Wexford
- €35,000 – €37,500 DOE
- Full-Time | Permanent
A well-established business within the agricultural sector is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of its Wexford branch. This role will involve overseeing store and yard operations, supporting staff, managing stock, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily retail and yard operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and product support.
- Manage stock control, deliveries, merchandising, and replenishment.
- Support staff performance and maintain smooth branch operations.
- Process sales transactions and purchase orders accurately.
- Coordinate branch deliveries and supplier communication.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards.
- Assist with customer account management and branch administration.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, agri-retail, warehouse, or yard operations.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong customer service and organisational skills.
- Experience with stock management and POS systems.
- Knowledge of agricultural products is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
