Full job description
This role would suit an ideal candidate seeking a flexible schedule of either three full working days per week or five half days. Days would be agreed at hiring stage.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answeriing phone calls and diverting to appropriate staff members.
- Issuing purchase order numbers to our on site staff and suppliers.
- Ordering materials for our various sites.
- Matching purchase order numbers to invoices and inputting onto our accounts system.
- Payroll using Sage.
- Accounts reconciliation.
- Time sheets from various sites.
- Maintaining office filing and storage systems.
- Allocation of labour from previous day works.
- Entering sales invoices on our accounts system.
- Completing other duties as required.
Full training will be provided on our accounts package.
Pay: €20,000.00-€21,000.00 per year
