**Job Title:** Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Reporting to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager will:
– Oversee daily operations and ensure effective resource management to meet organizational goals and in support of regulatory standards, for example GDP, GMP and EU Tissue & Cells Directive.
– Implement and refine processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the operational team, in support of quality team.
– Collaborate with various departments to align operational strategies with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
– Manage budgetary planning & financial forecasting to optimize operational costs.
– Monitor margins in support of operational strategies & report financial and operational performance metrics.
– Lead and mentor team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, quality and professional development.
– Maintain strong client relationships & resolve escalations and operational issues.
– Track and present KPI’s, risks & opportunities.
– Support as Operational lead during audits & inspections.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience in an Operations management role, ideally within the science or pharma sector.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
– Proficiency in project management tools and operational software.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: €50,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
