Site Manager – Residential Development

Wexford, Ireland

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a residential development in Wexford consisting of a mix of high-quality houses and apartment units.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional to join a progressive company with a strong pipeline of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to completion
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and direct labour to ensure programme targets are achieved
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality
• Coordinate daily site operations and maintain progress against construction schedules
• Conduct regular site meetings and liaise with project managers, engineers, and design teams
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
• Monitor quality control, inspections, snagging, and handover processes
• Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and records
• Manage materials, logistics, and site resources effectively

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role
• Proven track record delivering residential developments
• Experience managing both housing and apartment construction preferred
• Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and construction standards
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple subcontractors
• Relevant construction qualification preferred
• Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and First Aid certification required
• Full clean driving licence
